God Heals the Brokenhearted

He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. ... You have kept count of my wanderings; put my tears in your bottle. Are they not in your book? ~ Psalm 147:3, Psalm 56:8

God's Word says that He has kept a record of every tear we've ever shed. Take heart and see His love for you. ... I also choose to remember that His love is not for me alone, but also for my Brothers and Sisters in Christ who have sinned against me, and whom I have sinned against as well. I've been asked, how I'm able to be kind to those who are mean to me, and I will be honest, it's not easy and it's not the first human emotion or reaction in me. It's through repenting - A LOT of repenting, and prayer to God. My prayer is for Him to help me see that person as He sees them, and to love them with the love He has for them, through His Holy Spirit, (that is the one and the same, for all believers, that we share, guiding us in the knowledge of truth). I pray for Him to help me to not grieve His Holy Spirit ... and as for me, I think it grieves the Holy Spirit if I hold the sins of others against them, when they are His alone to forgive and especially when He has already forgiven them ... whom am I to stand as judge, still holding sins (even those committed against myself) against someone. I also remember, God has forgiven me too. ... So, it is right to forgive one another. There is so much peace and love on the other side of forgiveness ... it's just mustering the strength to repent (when you don't feel like it), and seeking Him. He promises in His Word that He will be found by you when you seek Him with all of your heart.
