Due to the Corona Virus pandemic, we have made important changes to our church schedule.  You should expect these changes to continue for at least through the end of March, at which time we will re-evaluate.

Sunday Worship services, Sunday school classes, and Sunday morning prayer meetings are suspended.

The Men's Prayer Breakfast and Book study group will also not be meeting this month.  All other small group Bible study meetings will be at the discretion of leaders and hosts.

We hold a prayer meeting in lieu of the adult Sunday school time each 1st and 3rd Sunday morning of each month.

One of our church's core values is dependence on God, by which we mean: "Without Christ, we can do nothing. Therefore, we will express our dependence on God through our words, attitudes, and the central place of prayer in our church life (Ps. 127:1; Matt. 21:13; Mk. 9:29; Lk. 11:1; Jn. 15:5; Col. 4:2; 1 Thess. 5:17;
1 Tim. 2:1-2; Jam. 4:2)."

Here is an article explaining the Biblical importance of corporate prayer in the life of the church.

Here is an excellent collection of talks by Charles Spurgeon on the importance of prayer meetings called "Only a Prayer Meeting."
